Athletes are driven to set goals and work towards them navigating their way through physical discomfort. However, physical and emotional discomfort are different...and no one can just run through emotional discomfort or delay coping with it. At The Lewis Practice we understand how Athletes' brains work and cater our support and guidance to help them manage stress, time and drive all while meeting their personal goals around achievement and success. We work with elite athletes of all ages and stages. We also work directly with coaches, parents and athletes in groups and workshops.
